pain when moving my eye and blinking

hi, i have this pain in my right eye  for about 9 months now, it comes and goes,id have it for about one week then it stops for about a month, then comes back again for a week and so on.
the symptoms are pain around and behind my eye when moving the eye or blinking.
its a dull like  muscle pain every time i move my right eye and sometimes gives me a pain in my right temple and forehead from the eye movement.
no swelling or redness in or around the eye,
my vision is perfect.
i had a ct scan of my sinuses, everything was ok,
had my eye checked by a ophthalmologist he could not find anything wrong with my eye.
though i went to the ophthalmologist when i had no pain so i dont know if this would affect the test.
what should i do next, is it serious?
i hope you can give me a diagnosis for this terrible pain that makes me want to just lie down and sleep
thank you

robert

One cause of recurrent pain as you describe is recurrent erosion syndrome.  You should see your ophthalmologist when you have the pain.
