My parents make less than 40,000K w/ combined incomes with no insurance or medical care. And even though they pay into the WELFARE system are unable to reap from the benefits!!! But I appreciate your concern in this matter!!!!
my dad who makes approx. 35,000k p/y and my mom makes under 3,000k p/y so they are considered to make too much, but not enough for their own insurance or medical care. But I do appreciate your reply!!!
In your situation, I would check with your local social services department to inquire as any state or federal insurance programs your mother might qualify for.
