red eyes and itchy.HELP

My eyes always in redish colored, I think its my vein that get red...Then at the same time its itchy sometimes get teary eyes everytime I closed it in a minute then open it my vision get spotted dark.please help..

I only go to optical clinic and they told me that I have astigmatism,they recommended me to wear a eye glasses 0.75 If im not mistaken is my eye grade.Even I used my eye glasses my eyes still in red but not so red then the itchy problem was different just like before...My problem untill now is my red eye.
My work is in the office 7:am to 5:pm I faced in my laptop all those time maybe that is the one big factor..please suggest me how to relax my eyes without leaving my office chair...

You need to see an ophthalmologist to see what exactly is causing your problems.  It could be allergies, dry eyes, blepahritis, or a more serious problem.  Can't be sure without an adequate exam.
