I have sent many questions to you over the last few months. I really appreciate your input. My condition is continuing to deteriorate rapidly and recently had an LPI in my right eye which is the one without all the previous surgeries and complications. I have been told due to pigmentary glaucoma after I already had angle closure that I need Trabulectomys in both eyes. Is laser Trabuloplasty as effective or is Trabulectomy more effective? I am seriously thinkking of going out of state to seek help.I am oritginally from San Fransisco and have relatives there and in Washingtton State, Portland, Oregon and Nashville where the Vanderbilt Eye Institute is located. Are you taking new patients and if so, if I sent you a copy of my records, would you consider taking me as a patient. I do have Health Insurance and means of paying the difference. I am desperate to regain functional vision in my left eye and would be devastated if I lost anymore vision in my right eye. Please give me your opinion as to which surgery is more effective and please consider my request.
Thanks again!!

I think I know you from previous posts. It means that your retina is not perfectly healthy.  That's about it.
