slow pupil and accommodation dysfunction

33 yrs old. Glasses since 15 years (currently -2,5 dioptre). 9 months ago my right eye started to have problems with accommodation. When looking at the far objects, the righ eye accommodates properly, but after 1-5 seconds (this time depends probably on various circumstances, like lighting conditions, fatigue) the accommodation is lost. If I then put my hand in front of the eye very closely (10-15 centimeters centimeters) I can see my hand really sharp. And then again after 1-5 seconds accommodation is back, and the far objects are sharp again. The cycle repeat then. Can last for a few hours a day. There are exceptional days when I don't notice this strange behaviour (in good lighting conditions and when working on laptop [looking at near objects] this bahaviour is harder to observe). THe right eye's pupil is also very slow. In the morning (after night) it is quite huge even under a strong light. Finally during the day it gets smaller and reacts properly to small lighting changes. In the evening again it is very small and doesn't get wider/bigger even if it is really dark. It again needs a few hours to come to the right size.
My 2 eye doctors (1 one them is a prof.) and my neurologist have no idea what it is. Maybe someone here can help me find out what it can be

Well, have to search for such a doctor. I have no idea even how such a doctor is called in my language, but will find out. TC of my head gave good results -- nothing found. MRI is next in the queue. Anyway, I'll try to find a neuroophthalmologist.
Thank you
