swollen eye lids

I have had swollen eye lids, top and bottom for 2 weeks.  No discharge or pain, but my eyes are red.  Dr. prescribed steroids and zpac for 5 days, but the symptoms are the same. I am not experiencing any allergy problem right now.

I am a little confused, I have been to my med dr. twice with a swollen right eye, it swells just above the eyebrow, eyelid and the corner of my eye.  They gave me a steriod shot and 10 days of steriod pills. I started taking benedryl when it happens and it helps bring it back down slowly til it goes away. Now right under my chin swells to when this happens and I get a knot feeling in my throat.  I am at a lose, where do I go next to find out what is wrong?
