toxoplasmosis

i am 27 years, 1 month ago i see ash colored a spot on my right eye, dr said it is toxoplasmosis . IGg = positive'

i take Clindamycin 300 mg  1-1-1-1 , azithromycin 500 mg 1-0-1, Padnisolon 20mg 3-0-0,  Tab dally last 20 days. but still not much improve , i see wavy when try to read something, and i fill  my vision power decrease day by day...
how can i get well soon ? what can i do now.? is there any food restriction for toxoplasmosis patient?  i have attached my   F F A   pic .

No food restriction. Healing is a very slow process and it may take many months to stop the infectious process. It may leave a scar that causes a spot in your vision. Reoccurences are not uncommon.
