using tinted lenses

I have astigmatism,recently I had the lenses tinted,to use it as a sun glasses,when I left it on my eyes
while Im using the computer I felt better since it help minimize the brightness of the monitor,some
friend said ,its not good to put on dark glasses while on the computer,Is that true?

Ask your employer.  Be sure it really helps you (most people it will not help).

also I found, when I drive at night it helps minimize cars headlight brightness,can I put it at night ? (I still can see,its not that much dark glasses) I do pizza deliveries.
