vision blurry in right eye..my eye opthamologist said caused from very dry eyes

i put a post on here the other day..my docter is a good dockter..i was referred to him when my other one retired..i wear glasses near sided..the dryness started a while ago like 3 years maybe..it felt like i had a hair in the upper part of my eye..so i went there he did a complete check and sent me to another speailist.he put steroid drops in me and some take homes..it went away.then i stared using the refresh..its worked very well for me..i went to the docter last week and he did a office call..im on medicare so you know how that goes..he checked the eyes for any change there was no change..so then put the drops in my eyes and used a clear light in both eyes..then a real blue light in it..then when he was done..he asked if i was a diabetic..i said know but its been up just to 135..he said that wouldnt be high enough on the sugar..said it would have to be at least 180 to affect ur eyes any or higher..then he saaid that my eyes looked good..its either the meds that ur on or that dryness that he says as been server at times..my eyes with my glasses off are real bad but when i put them on i shut my right eye i see perfect..when i shut my left eye thats when is off but its not way way off..its like a push and pull look..just 2 weeks ago it was my left eye and the right on was clear?? WHAT CAN THIS BE?? WITHOUT GOING BACK TO GET RECHECKED.....WHEN I WENT INTO IS OFFICE LAST WEEK...THAT WAS A GOOD PERIOD..CUZ neither one of my eyes were blurry...i dont get this?? thanks  dockter??

James  your problem does not lend itself well to diagnosis and treatment on the internet. Hopefully the doctor you were refered to was an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Perhaps you can arrange to go in the same day that your eyes flare up.
