wrong lens implanted

I had cataract surgery 2 weeks ago. Wrong lens was implanted - can't see clearly past 10 inches.
What can be done?

Agreed, perhaps not worth risk as long as you're satisfied with the improvement with the glasses

I was told replacement would be risky and glasses would be better.

If the lens intended was not the one placed, a lens exchange procedure can be done. Nonsurgical options might include wearing glasses, contacts, or laser corrective surgery on the cornea.
