Doctor will not explain abnormal tests

My doctors will not explain my abnormal test results, so I am hoping Med Help can answer my questions.

I feel sick and very tired, and I have trouble standing and walking 30 minutes. (Weight bearing causes leg muscle pain, stiffness and heaviness, that gets worse with movement.)  My knees are weak, and I can not walk on a moving bus, or get up from the floor.

I also have pain and stiffness in my neck and sacroiliac, and have trouble turning over in bed. And I have stomach pain.

I am a female in my late 50's.  These are my abnormal test results, and questions:

TEST RESULT:  CCP: 15 (in 2003).  CCP:  30, 44 & 46 (taken over a 6 month period in 2009).  (Reference <20.)
Q: Is this indicative of Rheumatoid Arthritis?

TEST RESULTS:  H.PYLORI: 2.93 (reference 78  (reference <63). (Positive for circulating immune complexes).
Q:  What causes circulating immune complexes, (Could I have an infection like EBV, GBS, CMV or Lyme disease?)

TEST RESULTS: EMG: Diminished amplitude of left tibial motor response...Sparse fibrillations in sacral paraspinals.
Q: Is my constant sacroiliac pain causing this?  What test would find out what is wrong?

TEST RESULT: X-RAYS:  Degerative disc disease at all levels of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, (with multi-level hemangeomas, and vacumme phenomenon)
Q: What is this?  Is it indicative of a systemic disease?

Please help me...thank you!

Hii Friend,
Well my answers are as follows -

1) Is this indicative of Rheumatoid Arthritis?
Yes, it's a big indication of RA. High CCP values are very specific of RA. And your symptoms resembles the same. So i am not at all surprised, that you have RA.

2) hat causes circulating immune complexes, (Could I have an infection like EBV, GBS, CMV or Lyme disease?)
No, Not at all. Be rest assured.

3) Does this mean I have muscle damage?
         Another co-relation with RA.

4) What is this?  Is it indicative of a systemic disease?
This is a result of RA.

The basic problem is that you are having RA and it's affecting your spine and other joints.
You need to visit a good rheumatologist, who can start you on some good medications for RA. Along with the medicines, you need to be on physiotherapy so as to prevent joint stiffness as well as muscle atrophy.
Regards.

Please discuss, if you have any doubts.

I am sorry... I made a mistake with my question about my H.PYLORI and RAJI test results:

My correct test results are:

TEST RESULTS:  H.PYLORI: 2.93 (reference 78  (reference <63).
Q:  What causes circulating immune complexes, (Could I have an infection like EBV, GBS, CMV or Lyme disease?)

I also forgot to add this test results for LDH:

TEST RESULTS: LDH: 327 (reference 100-200)
Q: Does this mean I have muscle damage?

I am sorry if this causes any problems...but I have trouble thinking, sometimes, and this was a detailed question.  jjean
