1st time on Clomid-OPK late by a day?

I was put on Clomid from day 3-7. I am on cd 11 and usually this is my ovulation day. I had a hysteroscopy yesterday and my uterus is back to normal after the MC, and HSG done last Friday and my tubes are wide open. The Dr. told me that Clomid may retard my ovulation a day. Has anyone experience this? I am so hoping this is my month! Baby dust to all!

Oh thank you! I am so new at all of this I am learning as I go. We were hoping to have a +OPK in the next couple of days.

Clomid can make you ovulate later than normal for most people. It most likely has nothing to do with your HSG test. That has nothing to do with it unless they did more than just inject the die to see if there open. Dont be alarmed if this continues while your on clomid. Just be thankfull your getting your Ov. I havent even ovulated with the clomid yet and I am on my secound round. Good luck! Lots of baby dust. And I heard that alot of people have good luck after there HSG test is performed.

My HSG didn't change my O date any. I did however get my +opk on CD11 before clomid and the 4 rounds of clomid have made me get my +opk on CD 17-18. The Clomid from my understanding makes you O later sometimes.I hope this helps.
