30 day cycle

If i have a normal thirty day cycle does that mean i will ovulate on day 16. my cycles were very irregular until i started clomid and for 4 months it has been a normal 30 day cycle so i hope this will be my month.i do use OPK but they stay positive for 3 and 4 days. When would be the best time to start BD. i was thinking day 12-16 everyday, but if my husband has a low sperm count i should i so day 10-16 every other day.any suggestions would help alot
thanks

I have a 30 day cycle and always ovulate on Day 18...with or w/out Clomid.
I have heard every other day if sperm count is low.

You usualy ovulate about 14 days before your next period is due, so yes, if your cycle is 30 days, you probably ovulate around day 16. I would add a day or two at the end too, though, just in case you ovulate a bit later, maybe days 12 - 17.

If your husband has a low sperm count, I've heard to BD every other day, instead of every day, since the sperm can live up to 5 days inside of you anyway. But, I'm no expert :-)

Good luck!
