Hello,
Missed period is the most important sign of pregnancy. You can confirm pregnancy by pregnancy test kit with morning urine or with blood serum pregnancy test. These tests detect HCG hormone in body which appears only when a woman is pregnant.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

All these things you're feeling could just eb down to PMS and not pregnancy. Since you've already tested when you've been late and it was negative then it's less likely you're pregnant and it's just something else that's delaying your period. I would wait another week and if still no period then re test using first morning urine. If that's negative then you're not pregnant.
