I think you are right..it could be medicines or poor diet..I will definetely work on it..
Thanks again
Hey SS - I never experienced those symptoms during accupunture. And i agree with your accupunctirst, it could be something else, diet change or too much stress from work or meds or something else. you got to figure that out and work on it to be back on track. good luck.
hey there,
It's been 2 months since I have started Acupuncture but from last 2-3 sessions I feel low..and don't feel energetic, stress free like I used to be when started..so, do you feel the same..
I spoke to my Acupuncturist about it and she said it should not happen..
I am confused!!!
Hey SS2003, am trying accupunture in my current IVF, have read like it improves blood circulation to the uterus and overall it makes you stress free and relaxing, i look forward for my each session as it totally eases me and i sleep so tight that night. good luck. go ahead for it.
Hey there, thanks for the quick reply and great tips...
even I have started it and I feel the difference..it's been very relaxing and helpful..So, hope it works for me because I am going to start 3rd IVF very soon..
I wish you good luck and will pray for you :)
take care
I am new here, 43, doing mini-ivf, with acupuncture. Ive done one egg retrieval cycle so far, which resulted in 1 egg, that was frozen at day 2.
My last FSH test was done last Saturday and was 8.7. I am currently in the middle of a second cycle of egg retrieval cycle, and looking at a possible retrieval this weekend.
The acupuncture has been helpful to me, in a lot of ways, but mostly because it helps to lessen anxiety and helps me relax. There may have been some slight improvement to egg quality however I cant prove that.
My RE told me that the only thing you can do to improve egg quality is take DHEA (he told me 75mg), which might help it a little, and to eat as little processed food as possible.
I recommend at least trying acupuncture. It cant hurt, and it might be helpful!
