monnie143 -  we can be 2ww buddies, I started my 2ww wait after my IUI this morning.  Feeling crampy and definitely feeling ovarian sensation.

tobemom - With my BFP - my beta was 16, I ended up miscarrying two weeks later :( ... what was your progesterone level. I hope the very best for you.  As long as the beta is rising and multiplying on a normal basis, you are fine.

Risa - so sorry that AF arrived.  I admire your positivity and strength.  Stay strong, 2011 will be lucky for you.

Jennbenn - thanks so much!  I'm going to check out that website.

babs - how are you doing?  When do you go in for another bloodwork or ultrasound...you must be totally excited

Divistated - where are you? I hope you are doing well.  Keep us updated.

Hello All,

I'm just entering my 2ww after an IUI yesterday. This is going to take forever and for some reason I'm really not feeling it this month cause the last time I had IUI I was in a lot of crampy pain, so I know I had eggies rupturing. This time, not so much, so I'm hoping this cycle is not a dud.

Hello,

I love your attitude..  I wish I had that determination...  I was feeling very positive throughout the process, but, as we move forward, my brain is playing tricks on me.. I guess it is just my fear of a negative result.

I am glad you find this forum useful.. I have been part of this for a while and I feel very fortunate to have found it..  It was great help for me when my 1st IUI failed a couple of months ago.

I am going through my 1st IVF and unfortunately i cant really answer your question.  I don’t usually test before the end of my 2WW..  Mother nature really lets me know ahead of time what is happening..

How are you managing your 2WW?   I am glad it is between Christmas and new year’s..  There are lots of things happening to distract us from the wait...

There seems to be a lot of us testing on January the 3rd..  I guess we were the last ones to get the procedure done before the Christmas closure and the first ones to get our beta done after the open in the new year...

I am not sure how I feel...  I don’t really feel very different, aside from some pain on my belly.. This pain seems to be like a feeling of being full sometimes and some cramping....  Mind you, I had that before the transfer...

I am trying not to read too much into my symptoms...  I had lots of symptoms last time I did an IUI only to have a BFN at the end ( I didn’t know this at the time, but, my right tube is blocked, and my right ovary is the one that gets stimulated best)...  So, I had all of the symptoms because of the hormones, but deep down inside, I know that egg and sperm never met...

I am now at 8dpt and have been soo constipated ( sorry TMI).  I hope that all of that pushing is not harming my embies...

My family is planning a trip away.. And, i was able to get clearance from my doctor to go on a road trip...  I am sure that will keep me busy and entertained...  I am also going to the acupuncturist, who is treating me right now to ensure that i stay calm and don’t get too stressed with everything..

Hope time is going by quickly for you!!

D.
