Bleeding, then rising HCG Levels

I took a HPT on Oct. 31, and it came back positive.  I started bleeding heavily that night, bright red, mocousy, and tissue passed. Went to Dr. and he thought a sure miscarriage.  Levels were at 15.  blood test on 11/3 was 37, 11/6- 187.  I have an ultrasound on Monday 11/13.  Could my hcg levels still be rising if I had a miscarriage?  What are the chances I am still pregnant?

Hi! This past week (on Wednesday) I started bleeding. Naturally was scared to death. I had no bleeding with my first child. I have taken several positive pregnancy test at home, and one at the doctor...BUT after bleeding my over the counter test said negative. I hadn't really started to feel real pregnant anyway, I was only 6 1/2 weeks pregnant so I can't say if I have lost any symptoms. Has anyone experienced a false negative after bleeding?!? My bleeding just didn't seem heavy enough to be a miscarriage?

I hope someone can help me i'm a nervous wreck. I just found this site and signed on. Started my period a day late wasn't a normal period though kinda spotting and lasted for like 7 days. So i took a test and it was a faint positive. About a week i stopped spotting woke up one morning and was bleeding not bad but was blood. I went to the emergency room and they told me i was pregnant but my hcg level was only 184(could be barely pregnant or m/c.) Went to the dr. the next day and he done a exam and said my cervix was closed but alot of scar tissue could be making me bleed. Few days later took another blood test and my levels were 115 he said he was sorry. Went back less than a week and done another test and he called and wanted to see me and told me my levels went up to 392. That he had never seen that before. He said that could mean several different things. I'm suppose to go monday for another hcg test to see. Plus he ordered another test to see my blood type incase he needed to do a d/c. I'm so scared does anyone know what could be going on with me. Anything would help!

If the tests were taking after the bleeding stopped and there hasn't been anymore bleeding you may be okay still..

I had 2 natural m/c and at first my hcg levels rose and then dipped real fast after 3-4 days of bleeding.  My HCG never got above 200 at 5.5-6 weeks pregnant

I'm sorry but to me it sounds like a m/c....Mine also was bright red with tissue and mine was very very heavy...pouring.

How far along would you have been...when was your AF due.

My doc thought my two were early m/c....like it never attached to the uterine wall...I just don't know.
