Breast Pain after Egg transfer

Hello all,

I am new to this forum, I had my Day 5 ET 8 days back... they have transfered only 1 blasto Embryo. I am waiting to complete my 2ww so that i can go for pregnancy test. But from 3 days after my ET i am having Breast pain and also a feeling of having period. I am really scared. I already had 2 failed IUI's .

The main worrying thing is when my IUI was done after 7 days i have faced same breast pain and after 5 days i got my periods and also whenever i get periods some times i used to get Breast pain.

Is this commong thing after ET ? please help me i am reaaly worried  i am trying to be positive but  with this breast pain i am loosing my confidence

With my baby, during the 2ww, I had implantation spotting (pink or pink/brown combo) around day 8 post ET.  The second week I had horribly sore boobs and I could not stay awake past 7PM.  I could barely get through my days at work!  I'm in 2ww again now and I had the implantation spot... was different this time.  My best advice to you is to make yourself happy happy happy.  No CNN news, no crappy stressful things.  Ignore what you're going through.  Eat right and if you aren't doing acupuncture.... research it.  Success rates for infertility/IVF SOAR with acupuncture.  I feel like I'm doing my very best too and not so helpless when I go to acupuncture.  ;o)  Best of luck to you.

breast pain and cramping is common with pregnancy and without.  the progresterone you are taking for the IVF wil cause it regardless.
there are no "pregnancy signs" so all you can do is wait and try to think positive.
good luck!
