Clomid

Hi girls....ugh, so nice to have other women going through the same thing!
Im in my 3rd cycle of clomid now, and went to the pharmacy today. The lady there gave me Hormeel drops and Gynaecare syrup. Have anyone tried this before? I will in any case try it and let you all know what happens.

Have anyone fallen pregnant on Clomid?

This is what i just read about these products

Hormeel drops:
Relief of menstrual symptoms, menstrual pain and cramping. For the symptomatic relief of pre-menstrual tension / syndrome, dysmenorrhoea, heavy and irregular periods.

Gynaecare syrup:
GYNAECARE Syrup 200ml

"Menstrual Disorders and PMS"

Assists in the management of irregular menstrual cycles, felayed puberty, Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS), painful periods and functional infertility. Gynaecare Syrup helps to restore the balance between hormones, emotions and nutrition.

How does it work....
this product contains, amongst other natural ingredients, Saraca indica, which consists of a steroid component and a calcium salt. The bark of Sarca indica contains the oestrogenic compound ketosterol, and has a stimulating effect on endometrial and ovarian tissue. This is useful in meorrhagia due to uterine fibroids, in leucorrhea and in internal bleeding, where ergot is indicated. It is well known for its effectiveness in menorrhagia and dysmenorrhoea. It also has a stimulatory effect on the ovarian tissue and may produce an oestrogen-like effect that enhances the repair of the endometrium wholst stopping bleeding.

Hi,

So you went there to get your prescription for clomid and some lady gave you some stuff to take?  That's kinda weird!  If she is not your OB or RE I wouldn't take their suggestion!

But that's just me...Maybe call your Doc to be sure its OK to use
