Could someone explain this to me please?
My husband is 39, he did a spermogram this morning and we were shocked to see the report
it says: NO SPERM PRESENT, we got no explanation , all they say is that he needs to see an urologist to be evaluated and see what's wrong , the appointment is so far in 3 weeks
we are very anxious and heart broken , maybe we could never have a baby

Hopefully you will get some answers when you seen the urologist. Sorry you are having to go through this. Maybe if they can somehow retrieve sperm then you could do IVF? Don't lose hope, Get all your questions ready for when you and hubby see the doctor so you can get as much information as you can. Good Luck to you!
I'm sorry to hear that you got such bad news today :( It is possible for a man not to have any sperm... I know the wait is hard, but seeing a urologist is the best thing to do right now! Hope all goes well!
