Estradiol levels and Follistim

Hi all, quick question. i am currently taking 125 units of follistim and on cycle day 13 today. yesterday went for us and labs, saw 3 follicles, largest 17, smallest 15. estradiol level was 1146. they want me to come back again monday for another us and labs. with estradiol level that high, doesnt that mean something is mature and i should trigger. i do have pcos, and don't want all 4 to release. any thoughts or ideas? any info would help
thanks

I'm on follistim as well and was told that it takes an estrogen level between 200-400 to drop one egg of mature size.   So potentially you could have four eggs drop.  Are you still on the follistim?  A suggestion...this may be something you can ask about....last cycle we took a couple of days off from the follistim before we triggered so that the levels could come down a bit.  (i had a much higher level though; 3800!)  I did have to take the ganirelix to prevent ovulation from occurring though until we were ready to trigger.

That is a pretty high E2 level for only 4 follicles.
Im IVF and I triggered at approx. E2= 2000.  I had 11 mature eggs (not follicles, eggs).  I know with PCOS your E2 can be high, but also your follicle/egg count.  My RE waited till my follicles were a big larger than 15.. most were around 19, although I did have 2 really big ones (a 32 & 25).
