Evap lines and color

Do evap lines have color to them? If you see a line with color well after the time limit could it be +?

You cannot trust BBT during the day!  It's affected by your food, outside temps, physical activity, etc.  Only your first morning temps count.  Don't read too much into BBT fluctuations during the day.

I've tested a bunch and never had an evap line that looked like a faint positive.  The only evap lines I saw looked like water marks.

Sue- I've never had an evap line either. It was always positive! Hold the little stinky pad thingy up to a light.. look for a line!! There shouldn't be a "line" only what looks like a line. If it has color, more then likely it's a positive! It drove me bonkers taking all kinds of tests and them having very faint positives for a whole week! Then after a few days I got a digital! It "finally" said pregnant!! Good Luck!!

hi sue,
i hope i am wrong...and hate to be a downer...but most all tests say to wait a few minutes for the results...then to discard...due to evaporating lines giving you what may look like a false positive. i would assume if you are looking at the tests hours later that is what it is. but definately take another test tomorrow and follow the time frame given...i wish you the best of luck...keep us posted!!!

I cracked them open like you said and all 3 have blue lines. But, I did this hours after I did the tests. Are they valid?

Evaps do not have color, only a "ghost" line where the line should be. OMG!!! Do you have color?!?!?

I was off line most of the afternoon. Dang them, they actually expect me to work sometimes at work! lol
