MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
The presence of 6-8 leucocytes may indicate presence of infection. Leukocytospermia is usually the result of a genital tract infection. STDs, particularly chlamydia and gonorrhea and other genital tract infections may cause an increase in white blood cells .These white blood cells can cause the oxidation of cells damaging their ability to fertilize an egg.See a doctor and get treated for this condition. Other causes of infertility could be blocked fallopian tubes, ovulation disorders in a female. Consult an infertility expert for detailed work up. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and luck!
