High hcg, only yolk sac on u/s

I am hoping someone can advise or share their experience.
I have had my hcg tested a few times:
17 dpo - 1123
19 dpo - 4316
24 dpo - 33188

Also on 24dpo same day as my last hcg bloods were drawn I had a scan. On the scan they could only see a gestational sac and a yolk sac. The gestational sac measurement is 13.1mm (mean) which is consistent with being 5 weeks 6 days.

I am worried sick, (above and beyond the appalling all day sickness I am currently experiencing), at an hcg level of 33188 shouldn't they have seen more than a yolk sac?

Thanks for any responses.
