You need to have intercourse within around 24 hours after getting that positive test to maximize the chances of conceiving. It is suggested to have intercourse two to three times each and every week. Take a balanced diet and adopt healthy lifestyle. Avoid stress and exercise daily. Quit smoking and alcohol. Reduce weight if you are overweight. All these will definitely help.
