Kinda Freaking!...Eye meds

My eye dr. wanted me to do restasis eye drops prior to me having lasik eye surgery done.  She gave me trial ones until I got the rx filled so I've been using them for 10 days now, twice a day.  I finally took the rx in to get filled and before I signed and paid there was a "don't take if pregnant or trying to becoming pregnant"  I was like...."Woo~" So I talked to the pharmacist and she said that my eye dr. should of looked into that and that I shouldn't take them.. I was so baffled that I didn't even ask what drops could do.  The pharmacist also said that if it was her she wouldn't take them at all especially since the first few days of conception are so important!  Mind you i'm on cycle day 19, i just ovulated and had positive opk's on cycle days 16 & 17.....
Should I be really concerned??

I was taking restasis b/c i have optic nerve drusens with dry eye.
so you like your results?
I'm blind with out my contacts so i can't wait. i get it done on june 18th.. they gave you sleeping meds??? did u have much pain?

Just curious---why is she giving you Restasis?  I had Lasik and did not take anything...but there are pain meds and sleeping meds you have to take afterwards.  I was not ttc then.   I will say doing Lasik was probably the best money I have ever spent!!!!

Restatsis is in category C, which means it's not known if it causes fetal harm, but shown some adverse effects in animals.  I would talk with your doctor and see what he says.  He may have more information for you.  Try not to worry in the meantime!
