You are right, clomid is known to thin the lining. You could use estrace to help build the lining, and progesterone to help support the pregnancy. Also, a baby asprin is also known to help.
good luck!

I had kids when I was younger and it all came so easy back thent that I never did the whole ovualtion tracker thing. I still get pregnant very easy, just not able to carry them or for them to implant. I will take any help you are offering. I have read clomid can thin your lining and if I am having a hard time carrying one then I do not want to take the chance on more than one with that medicine. I am a 28 day cycle with ovulation the last few months at day 16 or 17, so my luteal phase would be short I guess? Thanks for both of you taking the time to respond to my post!
Usually a thin lining has to do with the body's lack of production of progesterone, the hormone that helps build the lining during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Usually a doctor will prescribe a progesterone supplementation.
If you notice that your luteal phase is short (less than 10 days; over 12 days is ideal for luteal phases), then the doctor may also prescribe Clomid to help regulate a longer cycle. Charting your BBTs for several months will help you determine ovulation and the length of your luteal phase. If you need help with charting, send me a message. MedHelp has a great ovulation tracker. Good luck!!
Estrace works.
Home remenies... You can try Raspberry LEAF Tea... from first day of cycle, until ovulation. You can find it in the organic section of your grocery. It is known to tone the uterus.
You can also try a heating bad on your tummy daily from af to ovulation... some say after ovulation too, but I'm not to sure about that.
