Low Sperm Count Fertility
My name is Alberto, I have a couple of questions about Male Infertility.
Me and my wife have been attempting to have a baby for 3 years now. Im a 24 year old man. Im a bit confused and looking for a doctor that would give me the right answers and have a baby.
Before my question here is a little bit of history.
I visited a Fertility doctor in South Florida and had a Sperm Count and mortality test. The results where not favorable, the sperm count are low and die easily. These doctors only gave me Vitamins and told me to go to an MD to have a general Checkup. I did this and the only thing my doctor found wrong with me is that my testosterone levels are very LOW. He put me on a testosterone replacement therapy (Androgel). I'm otherwise healthy and active but overweigth.
I took the vitamins and i did not get any results, now I'm starting my Androgel therapy treatments and I'm Afraid because i read online that Testosterone reduces the sperm count.
My goal is to have a baby soon and as naturally as possible.

Your post is old but I was curious if u can let me know what haopened as my husband is going through the exact same thing and we are having no luck with getting answers. His testosterone is low and so is the sperm count. I am looking to u for hope.
I dont smoke, and i rarely drink. Im not taking any suplements at this tme i will restart taking them. But what im more concern about is about my testosterone treatment. I dont know if i should continue it.

There are lots of things you can do to help with low sperm. Dont wear tight pants, Avoid hot baths take showers instead, quit smoking if you do? Cut down on drinking, take zinc & selenium.
Go see an accupunturist & herbalist they may be able to help you naturally.
Lastly it takes 3 months for sperm to regenerate so it isnt gonna be an overnight process.
Stick with it and you will get there
