Lower back pain during Ovulation?

I had a positive OPK yesterday. This morning, I woke up with s twinge down low to the right, diarrhea and lower back pain.
Wondering if these symptoms are normal during ovulation. The twinge I understand, but not the other two things. Why would I have lower back pain the day of ovulation? diarrhea? sorry if tmi!

Thanks, Heather

I had LH surge on September 12, I guess I ovulated around September 13th or 14th but since the 12th my back has been KILLING me!  Saturday I could barely stand up straight. This is my first month on clomid and I don't know if that is causing my pain or WHAT?!?
I normally dont have cramps or back pain until AF.
Is this your  only month experiencing this?

Good luck!! Back pain I believe can be caused by ovulation. Do you think it could be nerves with the diarrhea?
