is there anyone that is in there 40's tried nc-ivf and how was the out come on that love to know what other opportunity  is out there whats crazy is that i had my tubs tied thats why i can't have a baby but i did a ivf for the 1st time and that did not go well. crazy right never had any problems before i got my tubs tied .

Hey there I am 36  my only problem getting PG is that my tubes are complely blocked but all my blood work and other test  are perfect my RE said. So we did go to do IVF got to ER and got 37 eggs and 21 fertilized with no defects RE said grade A and perfect ! But could not do ET because OHSS! So we are doing an all natural FET June 4th ! No meds ! And FET will be 3 days after I ovulate ! I was nerves at frist but but my RE said I should get PG with no problems ! And I was reading a couple of ardicals and they say that this is the best for the baby or babbies the least amount of meds in our system and there is no draw backs as long as evey thing is still working ! So you should do great !! Good luck !

hello lizzie, we did our first ivf in april, i was 40, now just turned 41, i responded ok and produced 6 eggs, 4 fertilized and by choice we had 1 put back.
all went well and we got the BFP 2 weeks later, then 10 days after that i sadly miscarried. my doctor said lots of people miscarry at 5-6 weeks, natural or ivf. Ayway we are going to carry on trying natualy and if nothing by july/aug have another go at ivf. My tubes arent tied so i dont know the effect that will have. all the best keep me updatedx melissa
