No Period after Miscarriage

I miscarried twins four months ago, and am yet to have a period. I have no cramps, but I feel as though I am pregnant again. I have lost three children in three years, and my blood and urine tests have all came back negative for both times I was pregnant, so I do not feel like I can trust the tests. In fact, before my first miscarriage, an ultrasound couldn't even detect the child in my womb. Is it normal to go so long without having a cycle? Or is it a possibility that I am with child again so soon after losing the two only four months ago?

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I also just had a miscarriage am awaiting AF but mine was earlier this month. My dr told me to expect my AF in about a month. How far along were you? If it was early, I would think you should have gotten it by now. So, you could definitely be pregnant again. this happened to my sister. She also was awaiting her period for about 4 mos and lo and behold, she was pregnant again. Go see your dr and check things out. good luck!

First, let me say I'm so sorry for your loss.
It is definitely possible that you are pregnant again. Call your doctor and have them check you and if not, they can give you something to get your period going again. Either way, you'll have a plan. It isn't normal to go that long. My doc gave me meds when I didn't start my period 9w after a D&C. Good luck.
