I checked the side effects and it said it could cause dizziness. It just made me feel so awful!

Today i'm having cramping like AF… Hopefully thats a good sign.

I'm sorry you felt so awful after your trigger. i neve had that reaction myself, but we all react diffrently. Did you check to see if these side effects were listed on the insert?
