I am from panama city, sorry for my english....

My doctor said that i have PCOS. so he ask me to do some tests. i do all these tests (hormons and radiological test) and everything was good. but the true is that i have all the sympthoms of the pcos.

The sympthoms of the PCOS starting to get worst since i quit of taking the pills because i want to have a baby. now what are my options now, the hormons test were good.... and i dont understand because this syndrome supposed to have problems with the hormones.... and in my case everything was ok.

but the fact is i am starting to geting weight, have too much facial hair... and no period for almost 8 months.

What are my options now?

How can i by take a treatment if all the hormones are ok?

thanks

I think I need more of it, but then again I miss a dosage here and there! I've been on clomid n have done 3 iuis n nothing! This month I've started ivf cycle! Not lookin forward to injections n all those appointments!!its very frustrating! Me queda poca paciencia! Check w ur doctor about ur periods and get u on some medications to regulate! Adonde vives? Yes i have all the symptomes (hair, weight, no period... ect) now i have to go to the doctor and see what we say about all the test and start to take medication.
i take provera year ago when i have also like a year without period. when the period comes then they send me birth control pills.... so my period start to come regulary.

But since i leave them again in order to try to conceive there is no period and the symptoms of the PCOS starting to appear. Before that everything was under control (weight, hair, and periods)

Thanks, for your advises....! when i go to the doctor i let you know what happen...

do you have access facial or body hair?  that is also a sign that you have PCOS only because you're producing more male hormones.

Just making sure... had to ask...lol  Have they give you anything to get your period to start coming?  Normally provera works to get your period.  Also cysts can prevent you from having your period.  There has to be more than what they are saying as to why still after 8 months you haven't gotten your period.  I too am 28 I use to go 3-6 months without having one then was put on Birth Control that regulated my periods every month.

you should always try and get a second opinion.  I have PCOS, I have hormone imbalance but ever since I started to lose weight my period started to come more regularly.  Has your doctor given you any medication to start your period? How old are you?  I've been trying to get pregnant now for about 14 months... I do have a son, but he came way before I was told I have PCOS.  Buena Suerte!
