Positive test after a 7 of FET. Am I really pregnant?

Quick history.  
My name is Ana, I'll will be 37 next month, Husband 36, Married for 16 years. Trying IVF since 2004. Just went trough my 1 cycle with frozen, I had really bad OHSS after retrieving 43 eggs - 21 fertilized and after 5 days 6 was frozen,  ( first time we had anything to be freeze).
We transfer 2 healthy embryos - I don't know the grades of it - last wed April 03
I have been having small cramps since last Thursday and I had some spotting on Friday morning. The waiting time, as everybody, is driving me crazy, so I went to CVS and bought a first response yesterday afternoon ( April/10 - 7 days after transfer ) . For my surprise it came  up positive. I was thrill :)
Did another one this morning and again the line was even darker....
Am I really pregnant, I NEVER in my life had a 2 lines on my test and it's kind hard to believe!

Prayers coming.  
Sounds like everything is ok, for now.  Please know that I bled from about week 6 to week 16 of my pregnancy.  Brown, red, heavy, light.  Pretty much every day.  It doesn't mean to worst.

Drink lots and lots and lots of water.  Then drink some more.  It keeps your uterus hydrated.  Keep your feet up as much as possible.

Hi Girls...

Just a quick update.
I'm not feeling well, I went to the hospital Sunday. I was bleeding :(.
They did a ultrasound and they could see the gestational sac and what it looks like a yolk sac and it was still inside. They said that my cervix was closed. My BETA also was great 13991.
But last night after going to the bathroom ( I'm constipated ) I bleed again.
I don't know what to think of all that or what to do, I'm afraid to go to the bathroom again.  
I'm going to call the clinic at 9am but I'm sure they going to tell me to wait until the 30th.

April 30thwill be here before you know it :).  I tried for around 9 yrs before we were successful.  That's why I always tell people to never give up :). Can't wait to see how many lil ones you have snuggled in :)

My ultrasound will be on April 30th. I just wish they asked for a third Beta to put my mind on easy.

My blood test is tomorrow morning. They won't call me until late afternoon.

I'm reading about chemical pregnancies and getting a lit be worried. Should I really be worried about that!
