Vitex Chasteberry

Has anyone here used vitex to help regulate tour period? And trying to concieve. So, a little back story, I seem to ALWAYS have my period. Its awful :( I will stop bleeding for maybe  3 days and than start up again (sorry if TMI) I started taking BC and it worked for a little bit But than it stopped, I started Vitex about 20 days?  Ago maybe less a little less, and its stopped a bit more than usual and its light. Should I continue taking it if its working? Thanks!

I stopped taking it because I went to a fertility specialist and they put me on clomid instead.  I was only taking 2 pills a day when I did take it.

Yes! I'm being very positive this will work for me. I did ALOT of research before deciding, from what I can tell it really only doesn't work for women whose cycle is regular already. Yes I could only imagine :( I am here to talk if you ever need! I'm a good listener :)

I was taking 2 400mg pills a day and it does boost your egg production as well. Once I get done dealing with this ectopic I will go back to taking it because I feel if it wasn't for that I never would have got my positive.stick to taking the 2 pills a day don't go over to much and u can take it up to a year then stop for a fewonths so that ur ovaries have a time to relax then go back on...good luck and thanks for the condulces for my lost I'm dealing with it the best I can

I tried it for a month before i was refferred to the fertility specialist.  I wanted the natural version of metaformin and i was told that was what it did.

After I got off of BC this time  my period didn't come for three months and the doc was trying to give me another one because I had low progesterone, not enough to be worried I refused to take another BC so I looked at natural ways to boost it and regulate my period and I ran across that. I toke it for about a month and my period came and I got pregnant even though I wound up with an ectopic, but it does work. I love it and keep taking it and see how you like it because it helped me and once this whole thing is over I will be back on it. Just when u find out your pregnant stop taking it because some people say it can harm the baby and some say it can't but I wouldn't take it. Good luck
