I am a very regular 28 day cycle, although last cycle my period came a day early. I have been having serious heart burn that i normally only get when PG, my breasts are still very sore. I had about 10 follicles my mature ones measured around 23x18, 26x17.5, 28x18 all my other ones were between 11 and 20. I think that you have a good chance..lot's of baby dust to you also. My husband did the iui last month with 4 follies like around your size with iui and none took. So this time around we decided to go the natural way with old fashioned intercourse....I guess we'll see what god brings us.

I wouldn't test until 14 days past IUI to get the most accurate results. I am currently 9 days past my IUI and tested this morning. BFN, but it is too soon. I have extremely tender breasts and feel sick to my stomach from time to time, but I have since the day after my iui. At least I know the trigger shot is out of my system, so any of positives I get after this point will more than likely be accurate...do you mind sharing your follicle(s) size with me. I had 3 mature ones this month and am very nervous all will take!!!! They were 22.2, 18.1, and 17.4 the day before I triggered. Baby dust!
