extremely faint positive???

Okay, so it's the 4th day before my period is due, and I just took a dollar store hpt.  The second line is so faint it almost looks like I'm probably just seeing where the test line should be, the only thing is I don't remember seeing that before.   I'm excited but don't want to get my hopes up after my miscarriage in sept.  Also, with my 2 yr old and with my miscarried pregnancy, I had 2 obvious pregnancy symptoms like heartburn and sore breasts by this point.  Right now I have none.  I guess I'll test again in the am and keep u all posted!  By then the line would be a lil darker, right?

Since my miscarriage back in September I have been trying to learn more about my cervix positions to know when im ovulating and such..  obviously if Iwas ppregnant I would stop checking, because there would be no need to, but it's actually a safe and smart and free ovulation predictor if ur doing it sanitary

my question is more of why are you checking it?   you don't want to risk it opening more and causing a miscarriage.

Ok, so here's what happened.   Late last night I started spotting a very small amount of brown blood.   About the size of a pea on my liner. Then I checked my cervix which felt low, semi hard and open,  which was weird cuz I've never been able to feel that before. Anyways,  then I felt stupid for posting on here about a phantom positive line on my hpt. Cuz now my period is coming.  So this morning,  not much more brown spotting and no menstrual blood.  By now I would usually have a very heavy flow.  So I thought what the heck?  They're only a dollar! So I took another hpt and this time the line was much darker,  but still pretty faint.  (But not so faint that my husband could deny it!) I'm due for af in 2-3 days, and today im 14 days post ov.  My question is, if this is implantation bleeding,  the why did my cervix feel open???

I got a extremely faint line on a dollar store test. I was 14dpo thou.

your levels double every 48 hrs so if you wait that long between the tests it will for sure be darker
