fallopian tube blocked

my wifes fallopian tube was blocked so hystrolaproscopic was done wil she be pregnant after this

You would need to consult a RE (reproductive encryologist) or your regular OBGYN.  It's a prescribtion.
Another alternative is to go directly too IVF which is what I did.  Although I just had a 2nd HSG & now my tubes are open.

Where can one get the clomid and how does it work. Any alternative for one who has one tube open and is hoping to have a baby.

yes! i have one fallopian tube and am expecting a baby! as long as ovulation happens on the good side you have just as much chance. my doctor put me on clomid to help ovulation on both sides
