home pregnancy test after ivf possibly correct?

I did egg retrieval on 6/10.  ovidrel(hcg)shot on 6/8.  blastocyst transfer on 6/15.  i know they tell you not to take a home test, but i couldn't help myself.  I thought maybe if i took one every couple of days, the results might be more accurate.  i took a test 6/18 was negative.  today 6/21  tested positive.  Is it even possible?

Hello Everyone, am a newbee here. We've been trying to get pregnant for almost 7 years now. But since i got an ovarian operation the only way to get preggy is the IVF. This is our second one. The first one was last month but turned negative coz my hubby didnt cooperate with me. I even resigned at my work just to focus on this thing but i think he couldnt helped it to stress me out. At the day when i knew it was negative i felt so much hatred devasted at the same time and filled with emotions. A couple of hours pat the doctor called and told us we can do the second on as soon as my period ends. So, we had our second ivf last tuesday ( 01-18-11 ).
I felt so much confidence at this time coz im at my friend's just to avoid having stress and being tired of households. Im on my 4th day and all i can feel is just hungerness and sleepy the whole time. No soreness on my breast and a bit of cramps in my lower abdomen. Back pain a bit. My beta will on the 28th hoping this time it'll positive..... Sticky vibes for everyone! And baby dust too!

Goodluck all!! last post here for me.  We had our ultrasound this week and have a healthy baby with a good heartbeat :) lol now only 33 more weeks to go!

So I took my first beta saturday and second today my first was 33.4 and second was 99 so yes after all the heartache and disappointment we are having a baby!!!

Thank u for responding to my post I so hope that is the case with me u give me more hope!!! I go for my first bold testbon saturday so I will updatevu with the first set if numbers!!! I wish u the best of luck!!:)

I was the same way this was our second cycle this time using frozen from the first.... I had cramping as well and still do ugh but all hpt came up negative but on the blood test I got a low but good positive and get to go to the ultrasound next week to confirm since numbers continued to go up :)

Hello: I am new to the forum I have done 4 ivf fresh cycles I am 27 and have two girls. I know I'm young and many people can't believe that I have had 4 ivf with my last one egg retrieval was on 1/3  transfer was on 1/7 one was 8 and the other was more than 8 I took a hpt today and was neg.:( I go for blood test Saturday. I'm having slight cramping but not period cramps...yet I'm still hopeful:)
