hsg and blocked fallopian tube

new to this so any answers/help greatly appreciated. TTC for 2 years partner low sperm count and low motility, saw fertility specialist in uk and I to have had to undergo several tests all of which have been fine. Yesterday I had a HSG dye test which revealed left tube totally blocked right from were uterus joins fallopian tube. right side dye entered and drained but was not totally clear according to the radiographer. Been devastated since as i really want to conceive and am frightened that my husband will leave me for a "fertile" woman.I know IVF may still be an option I just do not know whether I am strong enough to enter that journey. I am 29 years old and otherwise healthy with a low BMI. Do I have any chance of getting pregnant. The hsg was an awful experience, the radiographer talked to me about her 3 children and how cute they were then when she saw i had a blocked tube said well your blocked, prob no surgery possible but what are your plans for new years eve......!!!

The encouragement you give during your loss will be rewarded. I am anxiously awaiting the news of all the BFPs in 2010 and that includes yours and ladyanarchy!  God bless you ladies!
