dear all im a52 yr old man and have had a vascectomy i got married in march and my wife and i went to  a hospital and i had sperm retreival and the doctor said he was pleased that the sperm was very good and healthy
we want now to have it implanted into my wife can anyone help with a place to go and costs and any other advice would be a great help

Are you looking to do IUI or IVF?  I would start by locating an RE in your area, and making an appt.  You can go to the SART website, and it will give you success rates for RE's in your area (although it's for IVF).  I wish you a short journey to parenthood : )
