Hi There. I hope you dont mind me jumping in. I have had 2 failed IUI's and just had a embryo transfer 4 days ago. I have been on the progesterone suppositories 3 times. The nurse at my clinic did tell me that the side effects of the progesterone do mimic that of a pregnancy. My progesterone came with a booklet too, which I read front to back, and the side effects are on there too. You can also search the type of progesterone you are on online, and it should give you this information as well. good luck to you!

If you are transferring 3day then they will not be able to tell you much about the quality.  The thought process is:
3day:
We transfer on day three because by then you know the the cells are multiplying correctly and we want to get them back into there natural environment where they have the best chance of healthy growth and hopefully implantation.
5day:
We transfer on day five because by then you know what cells are multiplying the best.  You can grade an embryo and know you have implanted the best quality ones.  This gives you the best chance for healthy growth and implantation.

Depending on your RE he may offer to do either one or have a preferred way to do it.  I have looked at many different clinics and from my un-scientific study the success rates are about the same no matter what day the transfer is done.  Hope that info helps.

I don't know what they mean by saying "100% fertilized," never heard that before... Whether they make it or not depends on several factors, including your age, general health, and, most of all, the quality of the embryos. I had only one transferred (April 20th) and it worked! My embryo was "labeled" A+ quality, and that is why I transferred one only, to avoid the risk of multiples. Oh, and mine was a 5 day transfer, not 3 like yours (which isn't bad, either, don't worry!). Did they tell you what quality yours were? Best wishes :)
