Your regular doctor can either help you or at least refer you to someone who can, so I would start there. (I am in a similar boat- ttc over 3 years, I have a doctor's appointment next Wednesday.)

You need t let your dr know this! they can do a few test to make sure everything is working correctly.  Also track your temps and cervical mucus. that might help. also do opks.  GL. I would talk to my dr asap.

I have been thinking about it. I live in a small town so I don't know who I would see.

The chances that you're doing anything 'wrong' are very slim. Sadly, this is what more and more couples face. Most people on here are here due to 'unexplained infertility'. I've known people who've tried with no help for years and finally got pregnant and others who get pregnant on the first try of IUI and others who do IVF for years with no luck.
Have you been to a doctor to see if you can get yourself and your bf/dh checked out?
