precautions after ivf
hi all, I had my embryo transfer yesterday, this is my 1st ivf cycle after 3 failed iui cycles and 4 failed on clomid. what precautions should i do while waiting these long 2 weeks?
i am extreme
no walking or lifting even milk 2 weeks
bed or flat at least 3 days
no chocolate or caffeine
preggo with twins 26 weeks

I agree w/kaprovea, just relax and don't so any heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. My RE told me nothing more than walking. And remember to drink plenty of fluids.
That is sound advice kaprovea. I forced myself into bed as long as I could stad it for the second IVF and am now 13 weeks pg. Good luck widsmom
