Have you been trying since your d&c? Are your cycles back to being regular? Some of the tests I've had are: full blood work to check vitamin levels etc are all ok, thyroid (very important this is in order as can affect ovulation or success of pregnancy if it's too low or too high), semen analysis of husband, day 3, 10 &21 test to check hormones are gearing up for ovulation, blood clotting test. I'm not sure where you live or what access to health care you have but if you only have limited access and can afford it, I'd definitely have thyroid test and semen analysis done.
Do you track your cycles with ovulation tests?
Because it's been almost 6 months since your loss have you been back to your obgyn for advice?

I had laparoscopic surgery on April 10 th of this year and I found out in may 8 th that we were expecting and went to my dr and he ordered an ultrasound immediately bc my numbers were so high they said that my conception date. Was April 10 th and I told them it can't be bc that's when I had my surgery and u can do anything for like 2 weeks after and we didn't but my numbers kept jumping higher and higher so we got the ultrasound and they thought we were expecting triplets and than we made an apnt with my obgyn and that's when they said we miscarried but they thought it was a molar pregnancy so had a dnc the next day and I went back for my two week check up and that's when they said I miscarried a normal pregnancy

Have you had any tests done? Or a laparoscopy? If it's been 2 years and only 1 pregnancy that ended in miscarriage then I'd be pushing for further tests. 'not trying' isn't as easy as it sounds and sometimes there is a problem that once fixed could result in a successful pregnancy. Everyone is different, trust your instincts, personally I couldn't sit back and wait,i insisted on testing. Good luck :)

Dont think about it. I had endometriosis and had my laproscopy/hysteroscopy on March third 2013. Not only did the doc have to laser off the endometriosis, he also lanced several ovarian cysts, found 2 vaginal hernias, and discovered I have a septum in my uterus. He told me I couldnt conceive and planned a hysterectomy for 6 months later. Im only 22 (21 at that time). DEVASTATING. July 2013 I conceived and am now 22wks :) just dont think about it. Let the idea go and dont expect it.

Don't worry you'll have a second chance..just let it happen naturally without having to plan. My husband and I did and I have the same condition.  Two major surgeries from it.  Got pregnant miscarried..was upset of corse. But let my body take its corse without really planning just let it happen.  And god granted me that wish and im almost 3 months with strong baby and heartbeat :) so just have faith and be patient I it'll come I.promise.
