very very confused

Okay I had an ultrasound yesterday because I have been having extreme cramps and other pregnancy symptoms for about a month now, the ultrasound found a cyst and that my uterus was not enlarged, the doctor continued to say he wasn't ruling out a pregnancy. But wouldn't my uterus be expanding? I did have my tubes tied in 2010...

Yes, if he's worried about pregnancy and there's nothing in her uterus, it's most likely in her fallopian tubes. Did she get a positive pregnancy test??

It could be an ectopic, did he check that out at all? In that case the fertilized egg is stuck in your fallopian tube and didn't make it to the uterus, this is very dangerous. Having an ectopic can happen when your tubes are tied. Did he do an U/S of your fallopian tubes?
