Hello,
Pregnancy and menses can never go along together. Mild bleeding in early pregnancy may occur but this is not the menstrual cycle. Implantation bleeding, ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage can cause bleeding in early pregnancy. Cramps   a week before menses can be caused by uterine contractions. In few cases it may be caused by abnormalities in the uterus and ovaries. It is best to see a gynecologist and discuss your concerns. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
