Pregnant or not?

I am on day 44 today after my last day of menses. I took a blood test on  Tuesday and waiting for results. In the meantime  Im wondering if I am  pregnant or if  I just missed my menses last  month.  The  last time I  missed a month was before my 1st pregnancy  3  yrs ago but I am very irregular.  Cycles go anywhere from 30-38 days and different every month.  We are trying hard to get pregnant and I counted several days last month for ovulation and took some of those dollar  store ovulation kits.  Never came out to  dark but still got a line.  So we bd on those days.  Regardless that I am on my 44th day and if I was pregnant I am not feeling any symptoms.  With my son I only had tender breasts, thats all.  Now I am not feeling anything at all nor do I feel any signs of my menses comming on.  Is there any chance of my YES being pregnant without any signs yet?  I should be receiving  my results within another day or two but am so anxious.
Thank you

Hazel30, a lot of women have no symptoms during the earliest part of pregnancy. conversely, many women who are not pregnant also miss their period.  so you just have to wait and see what the pregnancy test shows. david

Well  I just go the results and NO Im not pregnant.   I guess I just missed my period last month.  Could  also be because I do have lots of stress due to my Mom going through cancer. I will see my obgyn and  he said  he will  prescribe clomid.  We'll  take if from there.  If you have any advise for me I would love to hear it.
thank  you
