dear doctor B
thanku you so much for ur guidance.i am right now in england.have travelled here to find more medical opinions of bettr doctors.can u plz tell me if u believe that high FSH has any relation to stress and tension.because i live in extreme stressful condtions.Im constantly mentally stressed and physically overworked due to my family problems.plus da infertilty problems are creating friction between me and my husband.so depression and tension r a regular part of my life unfotunately.
can u plz also tell me what is the probability of me getting pregnant with my on eggs if my fsh is always varying.after an fsh of 100 the value again came down to 11...so  im hoping there might b some chance.wat ur ur opinion plz tell me frankly...as donor egg is out of question due to religious reasons...thank u t

Hi!
I'm sorry to hear that you have problems like this at such a young age!
It certainly sounds consistent with premature ovarian failure.
In your case, I believe most REs would suggest a couple of different options, or maybe a combination of options in a step ladder type approach.
If I were in your position, I would decide how much time and money I wanted to put into this ahead of time and then stick to my plan.

I would probably start with my own eggs and my husband's sperm and ICSI/IVF.
I would next consider egg donation =/- sperm donation OR embryo adoption.
(at your age, you theoretically should be able to bear several kids if you want them)
Then, if I still wanted a child, I would start adoption procedings.

Your belief system is of course going to be different from mine, and some of these options may be unacceptable to you, but if at all possible, keep you mind on the goal--a child--and in the case of becoming a mother, the end justifies the means.

Good luck!
Dr B
