I would like to know if you were TTC if there's any vitamins that you can take to help out on fertility.
And also, if there's any good fertility meds over the counter or on internet that has good results and reviews.
Thank you!

I dont know why a women's diet is never discussed when she is trying to concieve. Nutrients from real, whole foods like eggs, avacados, bacon, full fat dairy, real butter, fresh meat & fish with fruits & vegetables will do wonders for your reproductive health. Also sunshine will provide vitamin d & excercise & fresh air with good nights sleep will keep stress hormones low. Natural is so much better. Good luck

Highly recommend Vitex fruit supplement for you. Helps regulate hormone levels and only costs about $7-15 for a month supply. I have a history of endometriosis and low progesterone levels. We TTC for almost 3 years including surgery to treat the endometriosis without success. 3 weeks taking vitex and we were pregnant.
For men, taking an extra 500mg of vitamin c helps sperm health and thins seminal fluid so they can swim better.
Good luck!

Hi!
If you were my patient there are a couple of things I might suggest:
The best suggestion is folic acid--400mcg per day at least.  For the male partner there is a product online named Proxeed which has been useful to some of my patients in the past.  Finally, there is a growing body of evidence that DHEA may help women with low ovarian reserve to have increased numbers of follices.
The second two of these recommendations are based on anecdotal evidence, but might help.

Good luck!
